Behavioral interview questions can be hard to answer and in some cases are easier to prepare for. In addition, behavioral interview questions may focus on an individual’s past behavior and don’t necessarily reflect their future behavior. 

In order to get a better understanding of how a person will perform in a job, you will need to look more at their thinking process.
